Job summary

Alkira, a Lumen Connect Solution, seeks a Partner Solutions Architect in the New York area to train partners, co-create customer networking and security solutions, and develop engaging content. You will evangelize the joint Alkira-Lumen approach at partner events and webinars while staying ahead with the latest innovations.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure partners receive the necessary resources and support to succeed in a fast-paced AI era.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in a solutions architect/solutions engineer role with partner or customer-facing focus.
• Strong networking and security knowledge; cloud skills across AWS/Azure/GCP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Train and enable partners to understand Alkira and Lumen solutions.
• Co-develop customer solutions with partners for networking and security needs.
• Create content (slides, videos, PDFs) for partner enablement.
• Participate in partner events and webinars to evangelize solutions.
• Gather competitive intelligence to differentiate offerings.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and marketing for partner support.
• Stay current with Alkira innovations via labs, docs, and training.
