Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions architect, solutions engineer, or similar technical role with a focus on partner or customer-facing engagements.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies; cloud skills in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train partners on Alkira and Lumen joint solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to build customer networking and security solutions.
• Create partner content (slides, videos, PDFs).
• Participate in partner events and webinars to evangelize the solution.
• Monitor industry trends to provide competitive differentiation.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing for partner support.
• Engage in self-learning and hands-on labs to stay current with Alkira innovations.
