This role is accountable for driving indirect sales by leading partnership relationships at each stage across North America. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, closing, formalizing, promoting, and maintaining partnerships to increase business value for both Smile Digital Health and the partners. Typically, this position manages two to three large partnership relationships simultaneously, with medium to large deals, and supports the development and implementation of partnerships.

Primary Functions
  1. Proactively manage the sales relationship with partners, actively seeking new indirect sales opportunities and closing deals.
  2. Create proposals, pitches, pricing, and sales presentations for potential partnerships or clients; identify new partnership opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
  4. Support partners with responses for procurement requests to drive indirect sales.
  5. Create and track sales forecasts based on strategic target markets.
  6. Document and review collateral materials with partners.
  7. Update and maintain activities in HubSpot.
  8. Develop an in-depth understanding of Smile Digital Health’s products and services to articulate their value to customers.
  9. Coordinate and schedule regular sales meetings with partners to discuss opportunities, updates, and challenges.
  10. Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and confidentiality policies, maintaining trust and confidentiality at all times.
Prerequisites
  1. 8+ years of related sales and/or consulting experience, with a proven ability to close large deals and manage client relationships.
  2. Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
  3. Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
  4. Experience with proposal creation and market analysis is desirable.
  5. Experience in IT healthcare is preferred.
  6. Experience managing large enterprise partnerships and working on public sector deals.
  7. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing competing priorities in a partnership or similar B2B environment.
  8. Ability to discuss technical issues and concepts effectively.
  9. Strong relationship-building skills with various business levels and partners.
  10. Critical thinking, organization, planning, and collaboration skills.
  11. Ability to use software such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Windows/Mac, HubSpot, etc.
  12. Experience mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
