This role focuses on expanding market presence, enriching services, and fostering sustainable partnerships.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Partner Alliance Manager, you will:
- Identify and Develop New Business: Research and establish relationships with organizations aligned with our ICP, products, and services. Maintain relationships with new and existing partners, stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Manage Relationships: Engage with clients regularly to understand needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships. Keep accurate records and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Provide Support and Resources: Supply clients with resources, materials, and support to enhance their success. Distribute marketing collateral, case studies, and best practices.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales quotas. Maintain accurate CRM records. Provide regular reports and forecasts to the VP of Sales.
- Engage in Relationship Building: Proactively manage accounts, collaborate with team members, conduct regular meetings, and participate in events to strengthen relationships.
- Sales Cycle Management: Conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Follow-Up Effectively: Manage follow-up processes, track activities in Pipedrive, and ensure opportunities are not missed.
- Facilitate SaaS Integration: Work with partners and technical teams to ensure seamless SaaS system integration and support.
- Market and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to enhance offerings and strategies.
Professional Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a senior sales role, preferably in tech or SaaS, with a proven track record.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, presentation skills, and experience in B2B sales, including C-suite negotiations.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Technology Proficiency: Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Collaborative Spirit: Positive team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate and follow up on leads.
- CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
- SaaS Experience: Knowledge of SaaS models, customer retention, and complex sales cycles.
