About The Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our ongoing investment in learning and technology ensures our team can deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Global Relationship Manager (GRM) team, you will work alongside some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients depend upon.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client plans, strategic reviews, and engagement team materials.
• Conduct client and market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records in Dynamo, including drafting call reports, updating contacts, managing pipeline status, and monitoring financial reporting.
• Draft presentations, memos, and communications.
• Respond to RFI/RFP and other client requests.
• Prepare ad hoc management reports.
• Develop meaningful client content.
• Manage and train CITCO RM coordinators.
• Lead and participate in special projects and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate key client updates across regions and business lines.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in alternatives.
• Motivated with a desire to grow in a client-facing role.
• Advanced understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and industry dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven presentation and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Creative problem solver with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to coordinate among stakeholders across functions and regions.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $147,000 to $220,000 USD.
