Fried Frank seeks an engaging Recruiting Coordinator to support lateral partner recruiting and integration across New York and DC. You will manage candidate profiles, coordinate interviews, and liaise with internal stakeholders while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities include due diligence coordination, data hygiene of recruitment systems, and helping build integration resources and timelines to support new partner arrivals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3+ years in coordination-intensive, people-facing roles.
• Background in recruiting, marketing, hospitality, event management, client services, or executive support is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile candidate profiles, practice group intelligence, and market data to support evaluation of prospective lateral partner candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect evaluations, and greet/escort candidates as the firm's first impression.
• Support lateral partner recruiting for New York and Washington, DC offices, and other locations; ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate files, recruitment databases, and ATS; develop dashboards and data-driven insights.
• Support integration programs and resources to ensure smooth transitions for newly arrived partners; manage timelines.
