Innovative Driven is seeking a full-time Legal Recruiting Lateral Coordinator to join its global legal recruiting team in New York City. The role is hybrid, with three days onsite at the NYC office and two days remote.

You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and handle logistics for lateral hires while safeguarding confidential information. The position requires 1–3 years of legal recruiting experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of legal recruiting experience in a GLOBAL law firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; ATS or CRM experience preferred.
• Experience with lateral associate or partner hiring is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for lateral hires.
• Collect and distribute resumes, bios, business plans, and materials to partners and interview teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed of interview progress and candidate status throughout the process.
• Arrange candidate meals and hospitality logistics as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and business information.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a full-time Legal Recruiting Lateral Coordinator to join the legal recruiting department at one of our most well-respected global law firm clients!

This is an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking firm! The role will be hybrid, with three days onsite in the firm's gorgeous NYC office and two days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate interview coordination, scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics for lateral hires
• Collect, organize, and distribute candidate resumes, biographies, business plans, and other relevant materials to sponsoring partners and interview teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed of interview progress, candidate status, and steps throughout the recruitment process.
• Arrange candidate meals, restaurant reservations, and other hospitality logistics as appropriate.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and business information
• Support additional student, associate, and lateral partner recruiting initiatives and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in legal recruiting within a GLOBAL law firm is REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting databases, or CRM platforms preferred.
• Lateral associate or partner hiring experience is also required
