Job summary

Stonepath in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Real Estate Litigation Partner to join its sophisticated litigation practice. The Partner will handle complex real estate disputes and work closely with seasoned litigators across the firm on sophisticated matters.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of litigation experience, CA or NV Bar admission, and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. A collaborative, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Significant experience handling real estate litigation and complex real estate disputes.
• Strong litigation experience from case inception through resolution.
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, depositions, mediations, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Active California or Nevada Bar admission, depending on office location.
• Excellent research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and client relationships.

We’re partnered with a growing, multi-practice law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Partner to join its sophisticated litigation practice. The primary need is in Los Angeles, with candidates in Las Vegas also being considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to join a high-end practice with a strong client base, sophisticated matters, and a collaborative environment. The Partner will handle complex real estate disputes while working closely with other experienced litigators across the firm.

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Significant experience handling real estate litigation and complex real estate disputes
• Strong litigation experience from case inception through resolution
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, depositions, mediations, arbitration, and trial preparation
• Active California or Nevada Bar admission, depending on office location
• Excellent research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and client relationships
• Strong judgment and ability to work collaboratively across practice areas

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience handling both real estate and complex business litigation
• Portable business or an established network of client relationships
• Experience representing sophisticated businesses, investors, developers, owners, or other real estate clients
• Trial and arbitration experience
