Above the Bar is partnering with a highly respected real estate litigation boutique in Century City to recruit their next Litigation Associate. Based in Los Angeles, the role offers a hybrid in‑office schedule and the opportunity to handle matters from inception through trial.

You'll lead litigation teams, draft pleadings and motions, develop case strategy, and appear in court while collaborating with a supportive group that values initiative and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience.
• Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Comfortable taking ownership of cases and helping lead litigation efforts while senior attorneys are in trial.

This firm combines sophisticated, high‑stakes litigation with a collaborative, team‑oriented culture: their attorneys are in court almost daily, handling complex real estate matters from case inception through trial. While the senior trial attorneys are advocating in the courtroom, you'll play a pivotal role leading the litigation team, managing active cases, and keeping matters moving forward efficiently. Whether you're arguing motions, developing litigation strategy, or working directly with clients, you'll gain hands‑on experience from day one.
