Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Partner Quality Specialist to review marketing materials for compliance with Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines, supporting program implementations and maintenance.

You will build strong relationships with Partners, collaborate with legal, compliance, and network teams, and drive program submissions and training on the submission portal.

The role offers a hybrid work model, salary range $17.25-$28 hourly, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles and practices.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves marketing materials for compliance.
• Maintains strong Partner relationships via phone, email, and meetings.
• Collaborates with legal, compliance, and network teams to address needs.
• Facilitates program implementation tasks.
• Submits programs to payment networks for review and approval.
• Trains Partners on the marketing submission portal.
• Manages the self-approval process for Partners.
• Keeps updated on Partners and their programs.
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducts periodic Partner compliance reviews and reports findings.
• Remediates compliance findings.
• Meets SLA and Quality Review targets.
• Participates in enterprise projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
