Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Waltham, MA is seeking a Partner Program Manager to join the Worldwide CRE team within Go-to-Market. You will help articulate value, support customer and partner engagements, and drive adoption of our CAD/PLM solutions across programs.

Work with sales to create incentives, develop enablement content, and manage multiple initiatives. You’ll help plan our flagship conference and other events, acting as a trusted technical resource to ensure a high-value experience for internal

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Hands-on SOLIDWORKS CAD experience.
  • Familiarity with CATIA is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with customers in technical and sales environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Role Description & Responsibilities

We are looking to add a new member to our Worldwide CRE team as part of our Go-to-Market organization. As our initiatives grow and responsibilities expand, the Partner Program Manager will play a critical part in helping us scale effectively and execute with impact.

This person will work closely with our sales teams to articulate the value of our solutions, support customer and partner engagements, and drive broader awareness and understanding of our products and programs. They will be a key contributor to accelerating adoption, fueling business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of our most important initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer & Partner Engagement - Build and nurture relationships with customers and partners, serving as a trusted resource and advocate for our solutions.
  • Sales Support - Partner closely with sales teams to help drive growth. Participate in incentive creation / Contest to help support transformation to SaaS.
  • Enablement - Develop and deliver content that is clear, compelling, and differentiated. Develop and execute training and enablement that empower our internal teams, partners, and customers to proactively engage clients and prospects.
  • Program Management - Juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously, keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and outcomes on target.
  • World Conference & Events - Play a key role in planning and executing our flagship conference and other high-impact events that bring our community together.
  • Support & Alignment: Act as the go-to technical resource for the platform, ensuring both internal sales leadership and channel partners experience a high-value environment where you and our team is seen as a value added "Go To resource".
  • Drive alignment across internal and partner teams by designing strategic sales missions and enablement journeys. The objective is to build a highly motivated, well-informed network of champions within our CRE channel to accelerate growth.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related engineering field) preferred.
  • Practical, hands-on knowledge of SOLIDWORKS CAD software
  • Knowledge of CATIA software is a strong advantage
  • Deep familiarity with the CAD/PLM industry landscape, allowing you to easily understand the technical context of the materials you are implementing.
  • Experience working with customers in technical and sales environments, with a strong focus on putting the customer first. Skilled in actively listening to customer needs and translating those insights into clear solutions that solve critical business issues
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage projects and consistently meet deadlines. Thrives in a dynamic environment, and can effectively balance multiple projects and pivot quickly as priorities shift.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with and gather deliverables from various internal departments.
  • A proactive approach to delivering a high-quality user experience for our internal reps and external partner networks.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible and positive attitude. Always willing to step in, support others, and adapt to changing priorities and project needs to ensure team success.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations using strategic storytelling to educate internal teams and partners. Comfortable tailoring delivery for audiences of all sizes, ranging from small executive briefings to large-scale events with over 100 attendees.

Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $112000 and $132000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
