Job summary

Meter builds enterprise networking as a service and relies on a strong fleet of partners and technicians to deliver high-quality deployments at scale. You will own partner performance, design incentives, and build systems that help technicians do their best work.

You will lead commercial conversations, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with Fleet partners, always aiming to improve speed, quality, and cost per deployment while maintaining trust with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building with partners and internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Ability to translate field feedback into actionable improvements.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve partner performance against KPIs.
• Negotiate capacity and terms with Fleet partners.
• Design incentive programs to motivate technicians.
• Lead onboarding for new partners entering the program.
• Build dashboards and systems powering the partner network.
