Podium is a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company transforming how educators and students engage with learning. As we scale toward our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to join our Partner Operations Team. This is a great opportunity to directly contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic company.
The Partner Operations Specialist plays a dual role in executing operational delivery and maintaining the systems that power partner success. This position supports the scaled, efficient delivery of our renewal-stage partners by managing registration workflows, forms, communications, data integrity, and automations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives on creating structured, scalable systems that reduce friction and support a seamless partner experience and student enrollment. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence, proactive enrollment management, and scalable delivery for our growing base of partners. Success in this role is directly tied to improving student conversion and minimizing enrollment friction across all assigned partners.
This role is remote-flexible. We are located on South Congress Ave (next door to Allen’s Boots!) and would love to have you in the office occasionally, but no relocation necessary.
