Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Part-time Partner Operations & Licensing Coordinator (Contract) for the Search & Discovery team. This remote role is 20 hours per week, from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026, and focuses on building scalable processes, managing recurring reporting, and ensuring licensing obligations are met.

  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly reporting for up to 40 music industry partners, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate recurring partner meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Build and manage processes for partner asset intake, delivery, and tracking.
  • Coordinate artist usage reviews and approval workflows with Legal and external partners.
  • Design scalable operational systems including trackers, workflows, calendars, and documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines across multiple partners while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Business Operations, and external stakeholders.

Job Description
  • Our team is building a music experience that brings licensed music to creators through partnerships with major record labels, publishers, and performing rights organizations. This role is responsible for creating the operational foundation that supports those partnerships by building scalable processes, managing recurring reporting, and ensuring licensing obligations are met.
  • This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving workflows, and managing multiple partner relationships in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous contract or agency experience supporting Adobe
  • Experience in music licensing, rights management, partner operations, or the music industry
  • Familiarity with royalty reporting, rights holder reporting, or content clearance workflows
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, or digital asset management platforms
Compensation
  • Pay Rate: $50.00/hour
