Job summary

Xero in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan and execute go-to-market campaigns that help accounting and bookkeeping partners get more from Xero. You will lead end-to-end initiatives across mid-funnel partner activation, events, and always-on programs in a collaborative North America team.

You'll work with sales and global marketing, prioritising projects, using Salesforce and marketing automation, and optimizing campaigns with data-driven decisions in a hybrid or remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience across marketing, marketing communications, business operations or project management, including event promotions measured on registrations and attendance.
• Organising competing priorities comes naturally with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Collaborating in a matrixed organisation and delivering go-to-market plans from brief through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Promotions planning and delivery for industry and Xero-hosted partner events, coordinated across the US sales and events teams
• Always‑on campaigns including the AB Bulletin, Xero Coaches and Xero CAS, with clear tracking of performance
• Integrated campaigns end to end: audience segmentation, the go-to-market plan, internal alignment, delivery and reporting on results
• Toolkit usage: Salesforce, marketing automation, email nurturing, Google Workspace, and campaign reporting with A/B testing
