Title: Partner Manager, Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Remote - USA
Reports to: SVP, SmartDigital
The CRM Partner Manager oversees and manages our certified CRM partners across multiple OEM client dealer solutions. The position is the point of contact for all CRM deliverables and will oversee multiple projects and work streams to ensure program delivery is on time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations. The CRM Partner Manager will lead activities supported by CRM providers, OEM Program Directors, Project Management, and Technical Teams.
You will influence OEM customer journey strategies by introducing new enhancements and technologies to CRM providers, contributing to growth and retention of OEMs and their customers.
Seeking someone with in-depth CRM tool experience, capable of managing 15-20 providers to ensure timely releases, data quality, and building lasting relationships.
