Job summary

OneBridge Search seeks a Labor & Employment Partner to join their Newark, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, and must be admitted in New Jersey. A small portable book of business is required and supervisory experience is desired.

Base Salary 200k-275k+. Hybrid work arrangement offered with potential for bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience assisting with the defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and FMLA suits.
• Experience with pre-trial discovery.
• Working knowledge of various federal employment statutes, ordinances and executive orders.
• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
• Excellent academic credentials, legal research, drafting and writing ability, and analytical and verbal communication skills are required.
• Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Defend discrimination, wage and hour, and FMLA suits for clients.
• Provide employment counseling and advisory services.
• Supervise junior associates and manage project teams.
• Develop and maintain a small portable book of business.
