Job summary

Master Search Solutions is seeking an Employment Law Associate for a Morris County, NJ office. The role focuses on counseling employers, handling a balanced mix of advisory work and litigation, and collaborating with a respected Labor & Employment team.

Requirements include 3–5 years of employment law experience and admission to the New Jersey Bar; New York or Pennsylvania Bar a plus. Hybrid work schedule with in-office four days weekly is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of employment law experience, including both employer counseling and litigation.
• Experience advising employers on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management strategies.
• The ability to independently manage employment litigation matters.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required); admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is a plus.

Located in Morris County, New Jersey, our client, a highly respected law firm with a strong Labor & Employment practice, is seeking an experienced Employment Law Associate to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Attorney seeking a balanced practice with meaningful client counseling responsibilities, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of accomplished attorneys.

In this role, YOU will counsel employers on a wide range of employment law matters, provide proactive compliance and risk management guidance, and independently manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:

• 3–5 years of employment law experience, including both employer counseling and litigation.

• Experience advising employers on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management strategies.

• The ability to independently manage employment litigation matters.

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required); admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is a plus.

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
