Facilisgroup is seeking a Strategic Account Advisor to manage a portfolio of Partners, drive proactive engagement, onboarding, and growth planning. You will translate business needs into actionable account strategies and ensure partner success through clear documentation and coordinated cross‑functional work.

The ideal candidate has experience in account management or partner success, strong relationship skills, data‑driven thinking, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer or Partner success, consultative sales, business development, or a related client-facing role.
• Ability to interpret account data, identify trends and risks, and translate insights into actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive Partner engagement and account strategy for assigned portfolio.
• Lead onboarding and growth planning with Partners.
• Identify supplier, spend, platform, and service opportunities.
• Monitor Partner health, coordinate issue resolution, and maintain documentation.
