You will manage the recruiting pipeline, onboarding, CRM data, and progress reporting while building strong referral relationships. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this collaborative role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen independent insurance agents and brokers for partnerships.
• Run the recruiting pipeline: interviews, onboarding, and follow-through.
• Track leads and follow-up to convert prospects into contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and data for accurate tracking.
• Create monthly/quarterly reports to measure progress.
