You should be a gifted salesperson with presentation skills, strong P&C insurance background, and comfort using data and technology.

Qualifications

• Gifted salesperson with strong presentation skills and deep knowledge of the independent agency ecosystem.
• Strong P&C insurance background; comfortable discussing underwriting guidelines.
• Digital: able to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
• Driven and able to work with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Expand Steadily’s network of independent agency partners through inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting.
• Interview and screen potential agency partners to ensure Steadily’s standards for quality are met and exceeded.
• Drive strong agent productivity by establishing strong agency relationships and setting clear expectations upfront.
• Support the growth of our agency footprint through strategic outreach in target markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define needs and priorities.
