ICT Health Insurance is recruiting for a Field Marketing teammate in Prairie Village, KS. This onsite, full-time role focuses on sourcing and screening independent agents and brokers to form partnerships and drive growth.

You will manage the recruiting pipeline, onboarding, CRM data, and progress reporting while building strong referral relationships. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this collaborative role.

Job description

Own agent recruiting and partner marketing for ICT Health Insurance's Field Marketing team in Prairie Village, KS.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen independent insurance agents and brokers for partnership opportunities
• Run the recruiting pipeline: conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and manage follow-through
• Track leads and complete follow-up to convert prospects into contracts
• Maintain and update CRM records and data for accurate tracking
• Compile recruiting and partnership metrics for performance reporting
• Create monthly and quarterly reports to measure progress and surface trends
• Plan and execute business visits and partner engagement events
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (CPAs, financial planners, attorneys, etc.)
• Support partner alignment through regular communication
• Create and manage newsletters for agents, partners, and clients
• Develop educational content and marketing materials
• Manage copy, design, and distribution for marketing assets
• Manage company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create social posts covering recruiting, agency updates, and company culture
• Monitor social engagement and work to grow the following

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1-2 years of professional work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with social media, Google Suite, and basic digital tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities
• Enjoys relationship-building and meeting new people
• Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to take initiative
• Insurance industry knowledge is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, recruiting, communications, sales support, or business development
• Familiarity with CRM software or data tracking systems
• Social media or content creation experience
• 25% willingness to travel (preferred)
