Gyde, a health insurance brokerage platform, is seeking a Partner Growth Director to drive growth, retention, and operational excellence across its agency partners. You will own the long-term success of 3-5 acquisitions post-close, guide integration, and lead platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years at top consulting or PE driving portfolio operations.
• Strong PM and analytical capabilities with multi-workstream experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Bias toward action and ability to work in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel ~25%

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-acquisition lead for integration and early growth.
• Own relationships and performance of 3-5 partner agencies.
• Develop and execute agency-specific growth plans across finance, ops, and growth.
• Lead projects to improve integration and growth engine as Gyde scales.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to deliver seamless integration.
• Build trust with agency owners and act as internal advocate.
• Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
