Job summary

Parafin, Inc. is expanding its Partner Engineering team and seeks a Partner Engineer to serve as the technical liaison on the post-sales side, owning integration execution, post-launch growth, and scale.

This customer-facing role blends hands-on implementation, debugging, and scale engineering to bridge partners with internal teams. You will apply your expertise to solve partner and product problems, influence product direction, build scalable GTM post-sales processes, and drive onboarding and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing technical roles, preferably in post-sales engineering or technical GTM.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, data pipelines, and embeddable UI components.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating working demos and production applications.
• Comfort navigating codebases (React, Scala, Python).

Responsibilities

• Own partner implementations and drive technical onboarding to reduce integration time.
• Lead end-to-end capital launches from planning to go-live across partner networks.
• Debug and resolve critical technical issues, coordinating across internal teams and partners.
• Document integration details and processes for internal and partner use.
• Provide post-launch partner support, telemetry, and ongoing account management.
