Job summary

Parafin, Inc. is expanding its Partner Engineering team and seeks a Partner Engineer to serve as a technical counterpart on the post-sales side.

You will own integration execution, post-launch growth, and scalable launches of product features, acting as the technical glue between partners and internal teams. You will help solve partner and product problems, influence roadmap, and build a scalable GTM post-sales function.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles, preferably in post-sales engineering, software integration, technical partner support, customer success engineer or technical GTM engineer.

Responsibilities

• Scale technical onboarding with a focus on reducing the time to integrate with Parafin products.
• Drive the technical implementation of new product/features launches from initial planning through partner coordination, issue resolution, testing, and go-live.
• Act as the central point of contact for identifying and debugging critical technical issues during the implementation phase, coordinating prompt resolutions between internal teams and platform partners.
• Document integration details and processes for internal and partner use, ensuring knowledge transfer as our partner portfolio scales.
• Be the voice for our partners internally - capture learnings to influence product roadmap, APIs, and platform improvements.
• Drive tooling and automation to scale repeatable integration launch patterns.
• Work with Product & Platform teams to evolve partner-facing assets and tutorials based on real-world needs.
• Uphold technical documentation standards and manage public facing docs
