Job summary

Parafin, Inc. is expanding its Partner Engineering team and seeking a Partner Engineer to own the technical experience of partners after go-live. You will keep live integrations healthy, resolve the toughest post-launch issues, and build tooling and playbooks for scalable, self-serve support.

You will work with partner teams and Parafin Product/Platform engineers to drive durable fixes and shape product direction from recurring issues and feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role or post-sales solutions engineering.
• Strong hands-on debugging: read logs, run SQL queries, reproduce issues with API calls.
• Proficiency with integration technologies: REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, data pipelines, and embeddable UI components.

Responsibilities

• Own the health of live integrations for partners.
• Debug and resolve escalated technical issues end-to-end across codebases and partner systems.
• Build tooling, dashboards, and runbooks for scalable, self-serve partner support.
• Maintain technical documentation standards and partner-facing developer docs.
• Translate partner feedback into prioritized platform improvements.
