Your Role: Partner Engagement Specialist

At InScribe, we’re proud of how we support our partners. As a Partner Engagement Specialist, you'll work closely with higher education institutions to launch and sustain thriving communities, drive adoption, and ensure long-term success with our platform.

You’ll report to our COO and work alongside her, our VP of Product, and an experienced cross-functional team.

What You’ll Do

Partner Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

  • Build strong relationships with partner organizations.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Guide partners through successful community launches and growth milestones through a thorough understanding of their goals and of our product.
  • Coach partners on InScribe best practices to encourage adoption and self-sufficiency.
  • Support users in need of help in our support communities and through our support email address (during regular business hours).

Community Engagement & Strategy

  • Help schools build vibrant online communities that meet student needs.
  • Regularly review community data and share success metrics and actionable insights.
  • Facilitate meetings and training sessions with stakeholders - from end-users to executive leadership.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Gather partner feedback to help evolve the platform and our internal processes.
  • Contribute to the development of resources, templates, and playbooks to enhance partner success.

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management in a SaaS or EdTech environment.
  • Consider yourself a people person.
  • Passionate about higher education and building inclusive online communities.
  • Have actively participated in communities yourself and recognize what makes them thrive.
  • Interested in technology and aren’t afraid to dig in and try new things.
  • Enjoy engaging with a variety of stakeholders—from IT teams to campus leadership and even students.
  • Organized and adaptable project manager who can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Clear, concise communicator who thrives in both written and verbal formats.
  • Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Familiar with Google Suite; bonus if you’ve used InScribe or similar community platforms.
