Become a Key Player as a Partner Enablement Program Manager
You will design and deliver partner-focused enablement that increases partner success and implementation outcomes. You’ll work with domain experts, partner engagement managers, events, and curriculum stakeholders to build learning solutions and run face-to-face workshops. This role is onsite in Lehi, UT.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Develop a comprehensive network of resources, training materials, and tools to increase partners' successful implementations
- Build and maintain a library of resources and creatively designed solutions to support consulting implementation knowledge and onboarding of new partners
- Create, develop, and manage face-to-face workshops and events, including venue selection, budgeting (venue, catering, T&E), partner messaging, and invitations
- Coordinate readiness of personnel and venue for partner-facing events
- Research and assemble existing content for further development by the Curriculum Team
- Lead the full training cycle: assess needs, identify learning outcomes and success criteria, plan, develop, coordinate, assess, and evaluate learning programs
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Proven project and program management experience
- Experience with learning and development, adult learning strategy, or instructional design
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment and reprioritize work as situations change
- Ability to quickly learn new software and clearly explain technical and business conceptsDemonstrated ability to lead development of end-to-end training programs
- A gifted eye for visual aesthetics and ability to ideate visual concepts and direct design resources

Pay Range
$30.99 - $38.73/hour
