About The Role Zoho's Finance Partner Program is growing, and we are looking for a Partner Development Associate to help expand our network of accounting and financial services partners. In this role, you will build relationships with accounting firms, educate them on Zoho’s finance solutions, and help them integrate Zoho tools into their services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least two years of corporate experience who wants to gain exposure in partnerships, sales, and business development within the fin-tech space.
What You’ll Do
Identify and reach out to potential accounting firms and financial service providers who can benefit from Zoho Finance tools.
Conduct discovery calls to understand firms' needs and introduce them to Zoho’s solutions.
Assist in onboarding new accounting partners and educating them on how to use Zoho Finance tools effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner firms.
Support co-marketing and joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to drive engagement and referrals.
Work closely with Zoho’s sales, support, marketing, and product teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Track partner engagement and contribute to ongoing strategy improvements.
What You'll Need
Minimum 2 years of corporate experience , ideally in a sales, business development, partnerships, or customer success role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Interest in accounting, fin-tech, or business software.
Ability to learn quickly and articulate the value of Zoho’s finance products.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
Nice To Have
Experience working with accounting firms or financial service providers.
Background in accounting, finance, or SaaS sales.
Prior exposure to Zoho’s ecosystem or other financial software solutions.
