Job summary

The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri is seeking a Partner Data Specialist to support a strong partner network through data collection, analysis and visualization. You will work with the Community Engagement team to improve access to charitable food and ensure data integrity across reports and surveys.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and experience with statistics or data systems, with proficiency in Tableau and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in statistics, data science, computer science, community outreach or government will be considered.
Proficiency in data tools and dashboards is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee collection and validation of partner monthly reports and support ongoing analysis.
Oversee administration of network-wide surveys, including implementation and collection.
Complete data requests for internal stakeholders and partners.
Monitor partner agency performance for data collection and submission as well as surveys.
Maintain up-to-date agency documents to ensure contract/standards compliance.
Learn and operate CERES, Oasis Insights, Meal Connect, Vivery and more.
Coordinate internal activities to support Community Engagement goals.
Train and support agencies in data collection software.
