Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a data governance-focused role to design governance standards for partner data and ensure clean, structured data flows into Salesforce as the single source of truth. Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner operations, channel operations, revenue operations, or sales operations with hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong data skills: cleaning, structuring large datasets, and building usable reports/models.
• Experience in a SaaS environment with CRM-driven pipeline and multi-tier partner segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain partner attribution logic and data quality across Salesforce and partner systems.
• Validate partner opportunity data and reconcile Salesforce against partner portal.
• Design and enforce governance standards for partner data and territory records.
