Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our architect team and influence senior stakeholders across the Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust domains. You will translate customer problems into architectural capabilities and ensure alignment with Salesforce and competitive alternatives.

Your day-to-day includes domain-driven design, guiding AI tooling adoption, and leading architecture governance, security, and identity

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture.
• Experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the six focus areas.

Responsibilities

• Architect across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust.
• Lead with customers' business and technical problems, not product pitches.
• Collaborate with pre/post sale teams and map problems to capabilities.
• Ensure delivery through to execution and avoid stalled or politically stuck work.
