Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is building the data platform that powers Qualified’s AI-enabled enterprise products. You will lead data pipeline architecture, governance, and the data models that feed analytics, discoveries, and APIs across the platform.

This is a high-impact role requiring reliability, scale, and collaboration with product and engineering leadership. You’ll own end-to-end data flows, ensure data freshness, and shape patterns for other teams to reuse.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and operating production data systems at scale (pipelines or data models).
• Design and implement high-volume data pipelines, ETL, and analytics stores.
• Strong PostgreSQL expertise and OLAP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce data flows at enterprise scale.
• Shape architecture of core pipelines and data models.
• Define data quality standards: SLOs, data contracts, observability.
• Partner with product teams and engineering leadership to make data a platform capability.
• Mentor team and raise effectiveness through guidance and reviews.
