About the Role

Insight offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Partner Business Development Manager. In this role, you'll collaborate with partners to identify and secure new business, develop tailored marketing programs, and employ strategies to drive vendor partnerships, pricing, and merchandising. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with vendor partners to strengthen relationships and facilitate partnership activities leading to sales growth.
  • Achieve sales and activity goals, maintain pipeline reports, and communicate monthly updates on wins, losses, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with inside and field sales teams through meetings and joint initiatives.
  • Support sales with expertise in Modern Endpoint Solutions, Microsoft 365, and Copilot to increase Surface device sales.
  • Implement call campaigns using business intelligence, track success, and report outcomes.
  • Present to top management, participate in quarterly reviews, and attend training/webinars.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience and training.
  • 7+ years of IT sales experience with vendor knowledge.
