Job summary

Inter Miami CF in Coral Gables, FL seeks a Manager of Partnership Activation to manage all partner-related activities, activate sponsorship elements, and build strong relationships to aid renewal and retention. The role focuses on increasing service levels and support offered to corporate partners while driving ROI and ROO through activations and events.

The position entails developing annual activation strategies, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and leading upsell and renewal initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of integrated marketing experience with partnerships and events.
• Strong understanding of MLS and international fútbol is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of service to all existing corporate partners.
• Gather, plan and execute all contractual elements for each partner.
• Conceptualize, develop, and map out programs focused on achieving partners' goals.
• Lead upsell and renewal efforts for assigned corporate partners.
• Plan and manage VIP hospitality events, unique experiences, and special events for partners.
• Route collateral materials featuring the Club’s logo for correct usage.
