Job summary

TMRW Sports Inc in Florida is seeking a Manager, Partnerships - Golf to execute and manage activations for TGL and WTGL partner brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate agreements into ROI-driven plans across digital, broadcast, events, and in-venue experiences, and serve as primary contact for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years in sports partnership activation, preferably in agency or league setting.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and activations for large brands.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients with Sales and interpret contract terms to create activation plans.
• Manage deliverables and reporting for signage, digital, broadcast, hospitality, and assets.
• Coordinate partner branding and activations for matches/events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement partner strategies.
• Maintain regular client communication to build partnerships and drive renewals.
• Support proposal development and season-end recap presentations.
• Track activation budgets and expenses.
