Job summary

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF NORTHEAST IOWA, INC. is looking for a dedicated individual to join as a Program Supervisor in Dubuque, Iowa. Qualifications

• 1 year related experience preferred. Must be CPR/First Aid and Medication Management certified within 6 months.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist program participants with developing strategies and making informed choices.
• Encourage program participants to achieve goals by developing personalized programs.
• Provide information about community resources and assist with self-advocacy.
• Drive program participants to appointments and events.
• Maintain documentation on program participants and provide crisis intervention when needed.
