Job description

Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday 8:0am - 4:30pm | every 4th weekend Department: Thome PACE | Jackson, MI

Travel Requirements: This role involves regular travel between Jackson, Lenawee and Hillsdale counties providing Home Based Care.
