Responsibilities

• Provides all case management services to the program consumers, implementation of an Individual Recovery Plan (IRP)
• Facilitates supportive skill development, cognitive stimulation, and activities groups
• Ensures all clinical and administrative documentation is timely and consistent with agency procedures
• Responsible for daily input of attendance records and other statistical data

Qualifications

• BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license

Shift

• Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm

Pay

• $40,000 - $41,000 annual salary
