Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean testing area before and after each exam.
• Perform other exam-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students taking exams via Zoom application, according to NBME and RVU Office of Testing guidelines.
• Check exam cart and complete set-up checklist.
• Monitor student entry: ensure identification tag is worn and no hats/food/phones etc. per Honor Code.
• Distribute all exam materials securely and efficiently.
• Set up and monitor testing areas to prevent cheating and ensure compliance with testing rules.
• Monitor during exam sessions and report irregularities to the Office of Testing Director or Assistant Director.
