Job summary

ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Admissions Agent to help guests entering the zoo, at the main entrance and the Hersheypark bridge entrance. You will sell tickets and Zoo Memberships using the Galaxy ticketing system and assist guests with entry and questions.

You will enjoy perks of free park admission and parking, discounts on food and shopping, and a supportive team environment. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• Friendly, upbeat, and able to interact with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with electronic equipment and digital ticketing software.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest questions about ZooAmerica and animals.
• Sell and validate ticket programs and ZooAmerica Memberships via Galaxy.
• Provide handstamps entering from Hersheypark and assist with re-entry.
• Log guest feedback and assist with ZooAmerica resolution items.
