Hershey Lodge is seeking a part-time team member for the Fire & Grain restaurant to maintain a neat dining room and guest service area within the resort. Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

• Flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in dining room operations.
• Restock dining and service areas as needed.
• Clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets.
• Pour coffee and water when required.
• Ensure condiments are stocked at guest tables.
• Tray and deliver food orders to the correct table.
• Communicate guest concerns to wait staff or supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
