Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of The Valley is seeking a Youth Development Technology Specialist in Phoenix. This part-time role supports Club members with safe, engaging tech-focused activities and programs under the Program Director.

You will develop and facilitate activities in coding, robotics, design, and other tech areas, ensuring a positive, outcome-driven Club experience while promoting safety and inclusion across youth programs.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Passion for working with youth and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license if 21+.

Responsibilities

Develops, organizes, and facilitates programs using a formal curriculum.
Directly runs programming and high-yield activities in the assigned area.
Facilitate technology-focused programming (coding, robotics, design) for youth aged1+; foster exploration and creativity.
Plan and coordinate technology showcases/events to display youth projects and celebrate achievements.
Administers outcome measurement tools.
Delivers programs with a high-energy, positive attitude.
