Job summary

Seton Catholic Schools Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking a CLC Group Leader to assist in planning, organizing, and implementing youth programs for members ages 4–13. You will promote healthy choices, provide developmentally appropriate activities, and help cultivate a sense of pride and responsibility.

The role supports health, SEL, and bullying-prevention curricula, with emphasis on culture competency, leadership development, and positive student outcomes within a faith-based education setting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare/education.
• Experience delivering youth programming for ages 4–13.
• Knowledge of Seton Catholic Schools policies and mission.
• Ability to lead small groups in K-8 settings.
• Experience organizing and implementing program activities.
