Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to work in in-person settings across California school sites. You will mentor students, model positive behavior, and deliver academic enrichment under CDC-aligned guidance.

You will manage groups of 20–25 students, assist with homework, and help maintain a safe, engaging classroom. Requirements include a high school diploma, English proficiency, background check, and at least six months of group experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• District-specific units (48 sem/60 quarter) and/or pass a pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English for a public-school setting.
• Live Scan background check is required.
• Provide TB test dated within the last 3 years.
• At least six months experience working with a group of 10+ students.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students in an in-person setting with strong behavior and safety standards.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through dress, speech, and attitude.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and apply discipline as appropriate.
• Identify student needs and communicate with site staff and parents as appropriate.
• Provide homework assistance, enrichment, and physical activity using provided curriculum.
