Job summary

Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is seeking a part-time Program Administrator to provide administrative, operational, and programmatic oversight of the Too Good for Drugs program. You will lead designated staff, ensure curriculum implementation, monitor outcomes, and maintain compliance with funders and CFCE policies while partnering with schools and community organizations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, five years of prevention or youth services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in prevention, behavioral health, social services, youth services, education, or related field.
• Supervisory or program management experience required.
• Experience with evidence-based prevention programs and the Too Good for Drugs curriculum preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, and underserved populations preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operations of the Too Good for Drugs program.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate designated program staff.
• Coordinate program scheduling, groups, educational activities, referrals, and enrollment.
• Ensure consistent and effective implementation of the Too Good for Drugs curriculum.
• Monitor program participation, outcomes, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with schools, families, community partners, and referral sources.
• Coordinate staff training, coaching, and professional development.
• Prepare required program reports, outcome measures, and admin documentation.
• Support quality improvement, community outreach, and educational activities.
• Assist with budget monitoring and other program administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with CFCE policies, funder requirements, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
• Prepare and present program updates and performance data as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
