Job summary

The Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc invites applications for the Part-Time Program Administrator for the Too Good for Drugs (TGFD) program in Florida. The role provides overall administrative, operational, and program oversight, leading staff and ensuring quality delivery of prevention education to children and families.

Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, five years of relevant experience, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Education, Public Health, Behavioral Science, or a related field is required.
• Five years of experience in prevention, behavioral health, social services, youth services, education, or a related field.
• Supervisory or program management experience is required.
• Experience with evidence-based prevention programs and the Too Good for Drugs curriculum preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, and diverse or underserved populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operations of the Too Good for Drugs program.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate designated program staff.
• Coordinate program scheduling, groups, educational activities, referrals, and enrollment.
• Ensure consistent and effective implementation of the Too Good for Drugs curriculum.
• Monitor program participation, outcomes, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with schools, families, community partners, and referral sources.
• Coordinate staff training, coaching, and professional development.
• Prepare program reports, outcome measures, and administrative documentation.
• Support quality improvement, community outreach, and educational activities.
• Assist with budget monitoring and other program administrative functions.
