Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID.
• Knowledge of basic youth development and Boys & Girls Club movement.
• Ability to organize, supervise, and discipline youth members safely.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and engage youth members to build self-confidence and positive citizenship.
• Plan and implement National Programs and Local Initiative Activities.
• Facilitate program sessions in Character & Leadership, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.
