First Tee — Greater Houston is seeking a Part-Time Program & Facility Operations Assistant to support youth golf and life skills programming at multiple chapter sites, reporting to the Program Director. The role offers hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, event support, and sports facility management, with opportunities to grow professionally and impact local youth.

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate; interest in youth development, sports, or nonprofit management is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with children, teens, and families.
• Comfortable using a mobile device for work communications; laptop provided.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of First Tee Life Skills Curriculum across class activities, games, and discussions.
• Assist with camps, clinics, tournaments, and special events; help with registration and logistics.
• Coordinate with volunteers, parents, educators, and golf professionals to strengthen program delivery.
• Maintain facility operations tasks including opening/closing, equipment upkeep, and spaces preparation for events.
