Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
  • Providing consistent supervision, guidance, and encouragement to youth.
  • Building meaningful connections and supporting youth as they work toward their treatment goals.
  • Leading social and recreational activities that promote positive development.
  • Using positive behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to maintain a safe environment.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team to provide consistent, compassionate care.

  • Extra Earning Potential: Enjoy an additional $3/hour shift differential for second, third, and weekend shifts!
  • Meals Provided: Enjoy meals while on shift.
  • Additional Shifts: Opportunities to pick up additional hours may be available.
What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to make a difference! We're looking for individuals who are patient, compassionate, dependable, and excited to support youth.

Required
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to meet state regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, maintain professional boundaries, and support youth through challenging situations.
  • Willingness to complete required training and maintain certifications.
Preferred, But Not Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • One or more years of experience working with at-risk youth.
We'll Help You Build Your Skills!

You'll participate in ongoing professional development and required training, including CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, verbal de-escalation, fire safety, and other program-specific training. This position requires 24 hours of continuing training annually.
